Sebastien Nave
I entered crypto in 2017, initially attracted by the potential for quick gains. Obviously, without expertise and knowledge, I faced losses. I returned in 2020 after a successful experience in stock market, and with a focus on understanding the market’s fundamentals.
Recognised for my expertise, I assisted communities in their crypto journey, helping them in navigating defi and getting an investor mindset.
Thanks to my background in enginering and management, I am able to understand both sides of a project. My approach is mainly based on fundamental analysis, looking for projects that have a unique value proposition. I particularly appreicate projects that have a real-world applications.
Bill Papas
I hold a bachelor’s and a Ph.D. in engineering, specializing in Computational Fluid Dynamics and High-Performance Computing, with several peer-reviewed publications.
Before venturing into crypto, I worked as a professional gambling quant, showcasing expertise in risk assessment. Transitioning to crypto, I’ve worn multiple hats as a trader, analyst, and developer. Metame, a NFT collection and Unruggable, a hardware wallet are two examples of my achievements.
When it comes to investing, I use a barbell strategy, balancing long-term holds with high-risk, high-reward short-term opportunities. Each short term win grows my long-term portfolio.
Stan Colenbrander
In the crypto space since 2019, I fully immersed myself in investing and working within it from 2021 onward.
Through firsthand experiences, I navigated various roles, from writing crypto news articles to engaging in research and hosting podcast episodes with industry leaders. I achieved success in investments like SOL, LINK, and early adoption of NFTs in 2021, while also making strategic moves such as predicting the approval of the BTC ETF in August 2023.
My expertise lies in fundamental and on-chain analysis, alongside news trading and swing trading. While sector-agnostic, I focus on fundamentals. With 70% of my portfolio in longer-term investments based on extensive research and on-chain analysis, and 30% for trading, I maintain a diversified investment style.
Richie Boccius
In crypto since 2015, I intensified my involvement in 2021, heavily investing and working within the space.
Initially facing setbacks like wallet draining and hacking, I learned valuable lessons that now guide others. From business development to community management within the Polkadot ecosystem, I’ve hosted events and created my network. Strong believer in qualitative research, my top gains were made in projects like THORswap, Thorchain, Astar, and Solana.
My favourite topics include Gamefi, GambleFi, infrastructure, and launchpads. My investment strategy involves dividing my portfolio based on the risk:reward ratio, focusing on projects with strong fundamentals and targeting mass adoption.
